The person who shows me the right way is
Mr.Aung Myint Thu,the founder of +Change Maker School Camp for Rakhine (Arakan) Youth and MYNG(Manaung Youth Network Group)  He is also one of the people, doing for developing Arakan future. He was born in 1990 in a small island, Arakan, Myanmar known as Burma.  After the high school, at the age of 16, he went to study to get better education in Thailand. Myanmar was still under the military government at that time. He came back Myanmar. Hee has been working for peace in national and international level . He got many scholarships aboard and Myanmar. He was invited from IPYG(International Peace Youth Group) in Korea, in 2018 and2019 where he gave a historical speechs in their conference where many top leaders from the world had joined.

 He established +Change Maker school  (Youth Developing and community collage) where all the students are allowed to speak only English. His aim is to develop and to get higher ability of Arakan Youths. Now, +CM school is so popular.

I am one of the students from this school. I met him there in 2019. I really appreciate him because even he can make a lot of things, he choose to create opportunities for new generation and to develope Arakaneses mindself. He has really good talent. What I am really crazy is he never tells us that you need to do this. He shows us by doing that we need to do. That makes us realize  what we should do. I get a lot of knowledge and experience from him. Thare are a lot of meaningful things t whatever or whenever he says  . By the time we loose motivation, he never says directly but that shows me life is life , life has difficult time and life is so simple. He teachs me to get confidence by the time I communite with others. He can understand everyone very well. I always respect him for he is able to show me the best way in my life. He is the person who I admire and appropriate.

Life is so simple

Everybody says many different definitions of life in their opinion.Life is so simple in my view.If you think happy thoughts,you will be happy. If you think mesrible,you will be mesrible.As I say,Everythings is depending on you. Why I can say like this is I have been struggling when I was grade-3 to until now. After My parents were dicoved , my mother died and my father left for Thailand at the same time.My father had got married and they dicoved soon again. See how my life is scaring but I feel my life is the best. I realize many families have their own problem,maybe more than ours. What I understand is being depressed or disappointed with our life, I will never achieve my goal in the future. I have learned that the person who is a monk says that feeling is not important in your life.  I am from broken family and although I feel very trouble,I try to feel comfortable. In difficult time, I try to calm down because I am also human. However, you think that if you feel sad all the time, it will never be finished. Therefore try to forget unhappy  things, live happily.  Try to think  about what you feel good,though you feel sad. I know that everyone has their own problems- both rich and poor. Money is important- that I agree but what you need to know more than money is you can realize about your life and what you are going on. Realize your life is the best in the world. People live because  there are so many people who love them and people they love back.If you can't live yourself, how can you love others. Love yourself.  That is your life. People live because of doing happy things. Nowadays people are getting more depression day by day. Be patient as long as you want an easy life.Understand what is happening in your life. however, people feel sad so many time, it will be a lessons at lest.Change lessons what you feel sad. Boring you is to be happy not to be sad.You have to learn so many things  from your life.If you don't learn from your life, I can say that you will have never successed in your life.Your life will teach you Friends. Fighting!

Don't just say Hard Work, please understand

I hated Hard Work for I didn't understand what it is before.Just knowing it,it will never have been done.At first,it is the biggest problem that i say i need to work hard without knowing this in my life. In reality, the meaning defined as Hard Work is the meaningful meaning. This word can change many life.As long as you would  like  to achieve your goal,you need to make decision to have specific plans.you must know what time and what  you will   plan  for our daily life.And also put all of energy from your body and use your brain. Everyone wants everything without doing anything. They don't know how to do practically though they know that work hard is so important .No matter you are successful or going to successed. Don't wait.Start doing as soon as you realize about hard work. As much as we know that we need to work hard,we are trying to give a reason.As long as you believe what youare doing is right, just keep going. Some are very try hard,however they don't achieve how many they want because the answer is they wanna do something as well as others.focuse only what you really need and want.Nothing will be achieved .Hard Work will help you to get better each day,each moment. We must understand what Hard Work is. Just saying this, it will never has been done. Many time you look back in your life,ask yourself what you have learned .As we know ,it is not possible without hard work.The answer that by the time you ask questions successful people is Hard Work. I have heard a lot from many people  "I would have done before”.I think it'is not working hard.Therefore i have decided I will never be doing  like this. All I want to say is to understand what  hard work mean.

Transport in Rakhine state

Rakhine is a state which is the western part of Myanmar, conflict zone. This is the second poorest and least developed area in Myanmar  because of poor transport. Some of the most popular to travel in Rakhine are by bus, motorbike, plane and boat. Flying is the best option if you want to go quickly but it's more expensive than others.The Kaladan River is mainly transportation in Rakhine state. It's dangerous going on the road because Tamadaw(military) and AA rebel (Arakan/Rakhine ethnic army)are fighting,especially current situation.And then Violence has increased in the areas where has been no internet.The roads are cutting off transportation from Kyauktaw to township in Chin State. According to some information on Google, 52 bridges have been built in Rakhine but after 2 or 3 years, these will be destoried quickly because of no building strongly.Building the road and bridges are important for this. To evolve in Rakhine  needs such as bridges,road,power supply and transport .Late transport will be difficult to develop it. If transport is really good, people can trade easily and quickly. For developing ,every country needs to be good every way. Although some people are not good in health or really want what they need, they can't go easily  on time. That's very bad. Good and safe transport are improve the social, educational, health and economic status of the natives.Our state is late everything.  Therefore, it's responsible not only government but also us. But government has responsibility a lot. For now situation, I feel really sad because  everything are later then others. boat

My name is Myat Noe. I was born in December 22,2002.I am from a family that are struggling heardly. When I was grade-2 ,my parents were divorced. Next year, I mother died. It's very hard time for us. My father has been working in Malaysia so far. After passing matriculation exam in 2018-2019,my father got married with another woman. She is very good for us like a real mother. What I understand is  whatever I study that only can change my life. I never stop studying for my life.I studied english speaking and computer in Sittwe before I came here.
                 It's too late to plan for ambition in the future though I am 18 but this is the best time in my life. I had never thought about what I want to achieve and to move towards a future before now. Life is full many challenges and difffult time.The problem that where I will start and how can I make sure to be successful my goal make me confused in the first. However, attending English at +Change Maker(Youth Development community college) founded by Mir. Aung Myint Thu pushes me to reach the best way and to get the strongest ambition. I am the youngest student here but I have ever read the book that gives me movetion. In this book say that a person age has no anything to do with one's ability to succeed and the success not come from age. I have known that only my ability can do and change my life. I will never forget this sentences. At the same time, I have known that bearing me is not only myself and my family but also our young people and what I should know as a citizen. I feel that our people are weak in managing to do something. Management teachs us to know how to achieve our goal .In fact, I decided that I will try to get a degree with management subject from foreign university. After that, I will establish management school by sharing and supporting our young people .i believe what I can do it.That's my the strongest goal.

Myanmar‌:Although Myanmar is a country rich in Jude and gems, oil, natural gas and mineral resources, it's one of the poorest countries all over the world. Our people are struggling to be alive during civil war and coronavius at the same time. More than four millions people born in Myanmar are now living aboard, mainly in Thailand and Malaysian. Even if someone people are graduated from University, they are disappointed because of no getting job. And also Child labor is another big problem in Myanmar. We don't know where our opportunities and Human rights.Myanmar ranks 145 out of 188 countries in Human Development, according to Human Development Index.It's really hard time for our citizens and immigration workers coronavius outbreak because of still being closed many factories. My parents are working hardly aboard for making money. I really worried for them. Eventhough they wanna come back,they can't come easily. This events make us to worry.There are more than 100 infected people in Myanmar. This virus is very trouble cases in21 century. There's not specific vaccine so far. Some people need to work in Myanmar even coronavius outbreak. Before I am finished, protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands and using in alcohol without touching your face.

I am Myat Noe, youth developer, from Rakhine (Arakan) State in Myanmar known as Burma.  It is a country which became independent from the United Kingdom in 1948.the country civil  war started on 31January 1949,71 years ago and There are 135 different ethnic people living together in very wonderful place. Our country is the world's longest ongoing civil war, Especially, Rakhine, Kachine, Shan and Kayin.

More than fifteen thousands people are leaving from their houses and living in IDP camps. There are 151 IDP camps in Rakhine state.200,000 civilians have fled to neighbouring Thailand and are still curtently confined in Refugee Camps.Most of innocent people have died and many are suffering.  It's horrible time in Conflict areas, especially Rakhine state now.

How education is important

Education is not only important for personal life but it's also important to the nation as well as.Rakhine state is the second lowest education in Myanmar.Rakhine education sector have been exacerbated by historical inter-communal tension between Buddhist and Muslim communities and civil war.The civilian youths are hungry to school in government school but they don't have chance because of civil war. See how Mesrible things are  happening in conflict areas.we don't know where  our Human Rights is . That's why I am helping myself to be educated to help and support civilians.

Everyone knows that youths of a country are its future. What I believe is I am responsible to develop our youths. That's why I need to share as much as I can.By the way I teach our youth people, the  feeling that is happening in my heart is the best feeling for me. I have never felt like this before .Anyway, I believe that I can do more for  youth people in the future.  Therefore I am doing  our youth people. I joined youth development  (7days  program) which supports government students Kyaung Kunt school), Man-Aung is   Volunteer.  I program really happy for  participating in this program.

My name is Myat Noe. I am from Rakhine State which is Western part of Myanmar near Bangladesh where are happening Muslim and civil issues. Our State is the second poorest in Myanmar where is the longest internet shut down  place all over the world in 21 century. After passing matriculation exam, I am studying English language at +Change Maker, community collage,supporting youth people. As everyone has their own dream, I also have a strong dream that to study  about Management subject abroad. After that, I believe that  it will be really good time to help and support our people.what I always keep in my heart is I must help all of our people to live in a peaceful place. I am a person who is trying to reach goal. And also  I am a girl who will stand up in Asia level.
